Payment Terms
Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required at booking.
Balance: Remaining balance due 15 days prior to the event.
Initial Deposit: $1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
Additional Deposit: When the event date reaches within 6 months, an additional payment to complete the 50% of the total booking cost is required.
Balance: Remaining balance due 15 days prior to the

For example:
Total Booking Cost: $4,000
Events More than 6 Months Away:
At booking: $1,000 non-refundable deposit
At 6 months prior to the event: Additional $1,000 (completing the 50% of the total cost)
15 days before the event: Remaining $2,000
