Manjal Manor is a Huntersville, NC venue for Haldi, Mehendi, Holi and pre-bridal ceremonies. One bride called it “not just visually stunning but also culturally resonant,” and her ceremonies “beyond perfect.”
Space for every ritual
Hosts have used the open structure in the backyard for a Haldi, the covered gazebo-style structure for a Mehendi, and a large covered patio for all-day catering with electrical access and “a collection of string lights that are just stunning at night time.” Another family said the “green lawn, high tree and wooden structures enhanced the traditional vibe that we were looking for.”
One family held two ceremonies, one in the morning and one in the evening, in “a whole day program from 8 am to 9 pm.” A Holi host with about 25 families didn’t need to worry about parking.

Hosts say Hari was “transparent and communicative” and “even made unexpected accommodations for some of my very specific event needs.” Another said he “was available all the time till we finished our program.”

Covered Pergola Area: We have 2 large ceiling fans in the covered area, and also 2 side wall mounted fans. Along with these there is a large portable fan that can be used as needed.
Barn Building: One large ceiling fan and small ceiling fan, and a window AC unit. This place is not advertised as climate controlled.
Bar: It has 2 wall mounted fans.

Before we added this, one bride rented 70% of what we have and spent $4,800 to rent them from outside.
Q: Can I tour Manjal Manor before booking?
A: Yes! Before booking, you can schedule an in-person tour of the entire venue with Hari or a Manjal Manor representative. Tours are available on demand by appointment only. Please note that walk-in tours are not offered.
Q: What if I want to tour the venue again after I’ve booked my event?
A: After booking, we do not offer in-person tours with a representative. However, you can request a self-guided tour at your convenience. Simply give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will provide you with a code to access the venue.
Q: When can I schedule a self-guided tour after booking?
A: We prefer self-guided tours to be scheduled on weekdays, as weekends often have events. If there are no events planned for a weekend, you are welcome to tour the venue then as well.
We prepare the venue, handle questions, and offer self-check-in (or assist when needed). Hari—or another Manjal Manor representative—may stop by at the start to photograph décor, capture some event photos and videos, then drop in occasionally at various times. There won’t be staff on-site the entire time; it’s always worked smoothly this way.
We don’t handle setup—we only provide chairs and tables. In fact, we’ve expanded our inventory from the original 50 chiavari chairs and tables to now include 250 resin chairs and a variety of table sizes. You can view the full list of chairs, tables, and their dimensions here.
After use, the chairs and tables are supposed to be put back in the same place where it was. Host is expected to return all chairs and tables to their original locations after use.

We understand your concerns. The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it secures your exclusive reservation of the date. While we do understand that plans can change, this policy is in place because reserving your date means we cannot offer it to other interested parties. We appreciate your understanding and are here to discuss any other questions you might have!
We collect a 50% deposit to block your date, and the remaining balance is due 15 days before your event.
Until our construction is complete, a temporary pre-construction deposit of just $500 locks your date. Once the venue reopens and you tour, you pay the rest of the 50% (less the $500). All other terms stay the same.
Usually, an hour early is allowed, and additional hours are charged. If there is no event that day and we can get the venue ready earlier, we might make an exception for you to come in a bit earlier to start decorating. However, this cannot be guaranteed due to various variables. We always recommend that you plan your event within the booking hours.
