But our unique indoor and outdoor spaces offers a diverse selection of choices to make your event more memorable.Our venue can accommodate both small intimate gatherings and large-scale events, ensuring that there is an option for every occasion.
Local Love Music & Arts Festival
is a joint effort between MKT CLT and Manjal Manor to bring a local-centric event to our community. With live music, vendors, pet adoptions, food trucks + bar, and other entertainment, this passion project is designed to show our local community as much love as possible. And that includes YOU, our local small businesses, artists, and makers.
This is an outdoor event, and with that comes the following requirements:
- 10×10 tent
- (4) 20-pound tent weights, one for each tent leg
- You are responsible for providing all things necessary for your setup, including but not limited to: tables, racks, lighting (this is an evening event: lighting is strongly encouraged), and anything else necessary for your setup. Your setup MUST fit within your 10×10 space unless otherwise discussed.
This event is focused on showcasing local talent. Vendors must be small businesses who are local to Charlotte/surrounding areas.
All vendors are required to have an NC sales tax ID & must submit their tax ID on this application. Vendors are expected to have proof of NC sales tax ID with them at this event (and all MKT CLT events). In the event that a state representative is present at this event and asks to see your proof of NC sales tax ID, MKT CLT and Manjal Manor will not be held responsible for lack of items necessary.
Vendor fees are non-refundable. Proceeds brought in from vendors and other sources are used to fund this event, as well as pay staff and members responsible for organizing, producing, and working this event. Due to budget allocations, vendor fees will not be returned under any circumstances.
What is Included:
We provide event planning and promotion of this event (and future events) and site permissions. Sales and attendance are not guaranteed; however, we will advertise and market this event to the best of our abilities to provide the best possible chance of attendance. We do not provide WiFi, and electricity is not guaranteed (you may apply for electricity & if available, comes with an additional $5 fee).
All vendors are required to provide their own setup and to communicate any special setup needs with the event organizers. Failure to do so may result in not being able to set up at the event, without refund.
Electricity may be available for an additional $5. Tent and other equipment rentals are not available for this event.
Once you’ve completed with application and submitted your $2 application fee, you will receive an email indicating whether or not you’ve been accepted as a vendor for this event. Acceptances are not guaranteed. If you receive an email stating that you’ve been placed on the waitlist, it is not guaranteed that you will be accepted later. We read and research each and every business who applies to vend with us and consider each application carefully. We thank you for your time and consideration, and appreciate your patience and understanding as we sift through each application.
If you are accepted as a vendor for this event, you will have 5 business days to submit your vendor fee. Please let the coordinator know if you need more time to make your payment. Failure to submit payment on time without notice will remove you from the accepted vendor list and place you on the waitlist.
